Patients can either sign up through one of our existing customers, where the medical team have pre-paid on behalf of their patients, or they can pay directly. The subscription price is £9.99 per month or £99.00 for a whole year.

What do I get?

A Patients Know Best account lets you store your medical records and consult with all your clinicians, including NHS ones. Using your account, you can:

• securely store your medical records and control who gets to access them
• store files, including scanned paper documents like letters from your doctors or x-ray images from your radiologists
• share your records with all your clinicians, including emergency access while traveling abroad
• conduct complete online consultations with any clinician, anywhere in the world, saving you time and money on travel
